How to prepare for HYROX Milan
The phases below are dated back from Friday 4 December 2026, 59 days from today.

Build the engine: easy running volume, steady erg work, and technique on the stations you dislike most. Lunges and wall balls reward practice long before race day.
- 9 Oct – 5 Nov8 to 4 weeks out
Make it race-specific. Run straight after station work so your legs learn to run tired, and add heavier sled and carry sessions once a week.
- 6 Nov – 26 Nov4 weeks to 1 week out
