HYROX Seoul runs over three days, Friday 13 November to Sunday 15 November 2026, in Seoul, South Korea. It is number 18 of the next 30 races on the HiRox calendar.
With the event spread over three days, your division's day and start wave decide your travel. They are published on the official event page, along with the venue, so check it before you book.

Make it race-specific. Run straight after station work so your legs learn to run tired, and add heavier sled and carry sessions once a week.

Getting to Seoul
- Other races within 2,000 km of Seoul, nearest first, as the crow flies between city centres: Shanghai (about 900 km, 31 Oct – 1 Nov).
- It is the only race in South Korea among the next 30 on the calendar.
- On the calendar, the last race before it starts is Shanghai (31 Oct – 1 Nov) and the first one after it ends is Dallas, 3 days later (18–22 Nov).

Pacing
